The Tipsy Bunny Easter Cocktail

Serve something different this Easter and whip up some Tipsy Bunny Easter Cocktails! It’s a bubbly and sweet Easter drink – and you know we’re always suckers for holiday themed drinks. With Easter just around the corner, it’s easy to find cute candies to accent this pretty aperitif. We used some sour bunnies, but any candy you can slice will work. Add pink sugar to accent the drink’s delightful teal hue – and you’ve got yourself the perfect Easter cocktail. Let’s get mixing!

What you’ll need:

  • Cocktail glasses
  • Coloured sugar
  • Lemon
  • Champagne or prosecco
  • Blue Curacao
  • Pineapple juice
  • Easter candy
  • Jigger

Use a lemon slice to prep the glass for the sugared rim. To do this, run a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, generously covering the entire surface.

Spread some coloured sugar onto a plate and then turn the prepared glass into the sugar to coat the rim.

Begin with a shot of Blue Curacao,

and then add a shot of pineapple juice.

Top off with some champagne, cava or prosecco.

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Cocktail glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot Pineapple juice
  • 1 shot Blue Curacao
  • Champagne or prosecco
  • Coloured sugar
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • Easter candy

Instructions
 

  • Rim a champagne flute with the slice of lemon, be sure to fully coat the entire surface.
  • Spread the sugar onto a plate and then turn the glass upside down into the sugar, covering the rim fully.
  • Pour one shot of pineapple juice into the glass, being careful not to let the liquid touch the sugar.
  • Add one shot of Blue Curacao.
  • Top up with champagne.
  • Garnish with Easter candy.
