What do you need to make Easy Garden Markers for Kids to Make?

• 12 inch round skewers
• Mini wooden labels
• Twine
• Permanent marker
• Beads – colours of popular vegetables/fruits and plants

How to Create Easy Garden Markers for Kids to Make

• Firstly, tie the wooden labels to the top of a round skewer using the twine. Tie them securely, a small amount of glue may be needed
• Secondly, thread some beads onto a piece of twine. Consider using orange with green beads on top for a carrot marker, red beads for tomatoes and so on.
• Lastly, attach the coloured beads to the each marker and write the corresponding plant onto the wooden label

Firstly, write the vegetables and fruits that you are going to grow onto the labels, a paint pen or permanent marker will do.

Secondly, wrap some twine around the end of the skewers, secure it with knots. Then, add the wooden labels.

Finally, thread some beads onto a piece of twine. Use orange with green beads on top for a carrot marker, red beads for tomatoes and so on.
