- Almond Extract
With only these THREE ingredients this homemade ice cream is so easy to make! It only takes a few minutes and you get your favourite ice cream every time!
Firstly, whip the heavy whipping cream in a bowl. In a separate bowl pour the sweetened condensed milk and add the almond extract, whisk together. Once the whipped cream has peaks formed, use a spatula to fold the mixtures together. Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours! Voila!! Delicious, creamy HOMEMADE ice cream!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
- In another large bowl, whisk the almond extract into the sweetened condensed milk
- Using a spatula, gently and slowly, fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk and almond mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to an insulated tub and freeze for 4-6 hours
