Sweet And Tangy Mango Chicken Pizza for a Long Weekend
This easy and delicious tangy pizza is the perfect long weekend recipe! Use a ready-made pizza crust for quick prep – 25 minutes flat, which makes this sweet and tangy mango chicken pizza perfect for party planning too. What Ingredients to you need to make a Sweet and Tangy Pizza?
- 1 Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Mango Chutney
- 1-2 Cooked Chicken Breasts, cut up into pieces
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint, Chopped
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a small bowl, mix together salsa and mango chutney and then spread out evenly over the pizza crust. This will create a delicious sweet and savoury sauce, giving this pizza it’s signature taste!
Add the cooked chicken breast to the pizza, spreading evenly around the crust and then sprinkle with some curry powder.
Top the pizza with the mozzarella and then bake for 15 minutes.
When pizza is cooked, sprinkle with fresh mint and serve gooey and hot.
