Brie Bites with Mango Chutney

Firstly, preheat oven to 350°. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and then spread the dough onto a counter or cutting board (you may need to sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking) and then roll out the dough. Cut the dough into 24 squares.

Place dough squares into the muffin tin slots.

Cut the Brie into small slices and then place inside of the dough squares.

Top each square with a spoonful of mango chutney.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

We recommend topping each Brie Bite with a mint leaf. Unfortunately, due to supply shortages in the times of COVID, we did not have any mint available to add to our tutorial!
