Ingredients

  • 1 shot Pineapple juice
  • 1 shot Blue Curacao
  • Champagne or prosecco
  • Coloured sugar
  • 1 slice Lemon

Instructions

  • Rim a champagne flute with the slice of lemon, be sure to fully coat the entire surface.
  • Spread the sugar onto a plate and then turn the glass upside down into the sugar, covering the rim fully.
  • Pour one shot of pineapple juice into the glass, being careful not to let the liquid touch the sugar.
  • Add one shot of Blue Curacao.
  • Top up with champagne.
  • Garnish with Easter candy.
