• Red, white and blue card stock
• String
• Glue
• Scissors
• Star template or punch

How to make a Fourth of July Paper Garland

• Use our FREE template to trace stars on different colours of card stock.
• Use a glue gun to attach the stars to a length of string or yarn.
• Glue a second star on top of the first star, sandwiching the string in between the two stars.
• Continue down the length of the string until finished.
