Campfire Rotini Pasta
Summer long weekends are the perfect time to take advantage of amazing weather and go camping. Camping stoves are handy for sure, but there’s nothing like cooking over the fire. Of course, we love the staples like sausages, taco in a bag and veggie dogs, but it’s also fun to mix it up with some easy, pre-made meals. Making a meal at home and then warming it up on the fire leaves plenty of time for hiking, swimming and a little fireside drinking. Which is why this Campfire Rotini Pasta is one of our camping musts! If you’re planning to head out this long weekend with little ones, check out our essential list of tips for camping with kids.
